INSTALLED CAPACITY
Present Installed Capacity is 110 TPD of Glass Container (Furnace III), which is running in full capacity since July 2002 after the core Investor took Charge to Reactivate the same
Apart from above idle capacity is 2 Furnaces of 55 TPD each

The plant is totally automated and has the equipments from best suppliers from all over the world to deliver the best quality of glass containers for packaging.

TECHNICAL AGREEMENTS
The company has Technical Agreement with CONSOL GLASS of South Africa (part of OI, USA) the world leader No 1 in Glass container Manufacturer

FUTURE PROSPECTUS & PLANNING

With the Demand growing up day by day in domestic market, by near future, Reactivation of Furnace II (capacity 55 TPD) will be taken into planning.

Recognizing the tough competition in the market and for better satisfaction to the valued customers, the facility is working hard towards achieving ISO 9001:2000(QMS), Environ Management System (EMS) and Hazards Analysis and Critical control points (HACCP). The same is expected to be accredited by the end of 2005 or by the first quarter of 2006.
